Frequently asked questions

I didn’t receive my sign-in code.

Sign-in codes are emailed to your work address and can take a minute to arrive. Check your spam folder, and make sure you entered the exact email your program account was created with. Codes expire quickly — request a fresh one if yours is more than a few minutes old.

The app says my account is awaiting approval.

Accounts are provisioned by the program. If you’ve signed in but see the approval screen, a program administrator hasn’t activated your account yet — contact your program coordinator. If you believe you are already approved, check your connection and try again from the approval screen.

I saved a record with no signal. Where did it go?

It’s safe. Records saved offline go into the app’s outbox on your device and sync automatically as soon as connectivity returns or the next time you open the app. The sync status indicator shows anything still waiting. You never need to re-enter a record because you were offline.

A record in my outbox shows an error.

Most sync errors retry on their own. A record that stays marked needs-attention usually means it was changed or removed on the workspace while you were offline — open the sync tray to review it, and contact support if anything looks wrong.

How do I get the app?

The app is distributed to program staff and approved partners through Apple’s TestFlight and the App Store. If you work with the program and need access, contact your program coordinator.
